Description: The Reported Issues layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\Programs\ArcGIS Portal Services\0-Root Services. This layer was set up to allow the city residents to report issues and problems that they see on the ground after or during a disaster/emergency. By allowing residents to input this information it expedites the gathering of information and thus allow the city to respond quicker to the problems the residents are facing.
